The future in a building.

Mounting concrete iron

The reinforcing bars are shaped via a slow and shock-free movement. The shaping process can be done both manually and automatically.

The iron must be prepared before shaping it.

There are 2 preparation steps:

- Clean the ironwork of any rust stains or other residues;

- Straighten the reinforcement by stretching it with various devices

The process:

The concrete is mounted according to the legal provisions of the project. Prior to this, the design engineer shall ensure that the conditions for the reception of formworks are fulfilled.

The reinforcement shall be installed in such a manner so that the upper part of the reinforcement is provided with gaps to allow the concrete or the hoses, as the case may be, to easily penetrate.

The positions of the reinforcement is maintained while the concrete is poured by staples, spacers etc.

When it is possible to lift and assemble with the help of the devices at our disposal, then it is recommended to install the concrete reinforcements in casings.

At the intersection of the reinforcing bars, black wire bonds or spot-welded bonds shall be made at an ambient temperature above -5 °C.

In order to carry out the concrete erection work, we have a workforce consisting of concrete workers and construction service workers.

Important tools and equipment used: pliers, engineers plier, guillotine, electric cutter for cutting and strengthening concrete steel, cutting machine for ferro-concrete, etc...
